Pastor Shakedra Rivers is the daughter of the late Guilford Ceaser Jr and Kim Ceaser from Cuthbert, GA. She excelled in sports and academics at Stewart Quitman High School in Georgetown, GA. Shakedra continued in the spirit of excellence at Albany State University, where she pursued a degree in public education. After receiving the glorious news they were expecting in her freshman year, Shakedra and Donald ‘Doc’ Rivers Jr. decided to prioritize their growing family over academic demands temporarily. Shakedra later resumed her pursuit and earned an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Darton College in Albany, GA. Shakedra consistently demonstrated her integrity, dependability, and results-driven perspective as a licensed real estate agent. She advocates for “legacy” and has successfully helped families sell and acquire their dream homes.

Shakedra is a senior pastor at Fearless Worship Center with her husband of 13 years, Doc Rivers. Together, they train, equip, and launch believers to walk in their Kingdom purpose and assignment. Shakedra also founded HER-LIGHT, a women’s ministry that helps women identify and exude their inner light to a dark world.

Shakedra and Doc are the proud parents of three beautiful girls: Tamia, I’ Yanna, and Justice.
